Who are we looking for:

We are looking for a Python Software Engineer with passion for building robust digital products, comfortable with Agile Software Development practices and willing to work in an international environment.

Your role and responsibilities: 

• Create scalable, high-performance software solutions in Python (Django/Flask) and C# that meet project needs and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and ensure seamless communication.
• Follow modern development practices, including code reviews and CI/CD, to maintain high code quality.
• Consult with our clients to understand their technical requirements and offer expert architectural and technical guidance.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements to boost code quality, performance, and user experience.
• Deliver high-quality code through thorough testing and validation, ensuring maintainability and efficiency.

What we expect from you:

• 5+ years of commercial experience as a Python Software Engineer
• Profound knowledge and 5+ years of commercial experience in Django or Flask frameworks
• Knowledge and hands-on experience of AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker (or other cloud providers)
• Knowledge/experience in MySQL, PostgreSQL (or similar databases)
• Profound knowledge of security principles in software development
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
• Familiarity with ML Concepts
• Eagerness to learn and constantly improve yourself
• Proactive attitude and great sense of responsibility
• Good command of written/spoken English (B2 and above)
