Preferred Technical Qualifications:

• Ideally, you have 7+ years of experience developing Android applications or possess an impressive portfolio showcasing your Android expertise.
• Extensive experience with Kotlin and Java, Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, Android Architecture Components, and Material Design.
• Proven track record integrating RESTful APIs, external services, and third-party libraries.
• Deep understanding of Android UI/UX standards, material design guidelines, and best practices for performant mobile applications.
• Proficient with mobile app databases such as Room, RealmDB, or SQLite.
• Solid grasp of mobile application security, performance optimization, memory management, and multi-threading.
• Experience using Git, version control, and familiarity with CI/CD workflows in Android app development.

• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working independently and within team structures.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English proficiency.

• Regularly perform performance tests, usability evaluations, and maintain high-quality standards across diverse Android devices.
• Exhibit leadership and ownership of projects, from conception through to delivery and iteration.
• Thrive in a fast-paced remote environment, actively contribute to team discussions, and confidently lead technical initiatives when required.
