About the role

As a Project Manager, you'll be an integral member of a software engineering team that designs and develops world-class applications. You'll be leading developers, QAs, designers and other team members in creating and augmenting applications and features.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Create functional requirements specifications and user stories for projects in initiation.
• Design and create user flow diagrams, gantt and milestone charts.
• Oversee and lead teams to ensure that project scopes and milestones are met.
• Review project deliverables for completeness and quality, with minimal guidance
• Communicate and manage stakeholder expectations and relationships effectively.
• Organizes the appropriate software development methodology rituals according to the projects requirements.
• Conduct thorough risk assessment on assigned projects and determine the appropriate plan of action and contingencies.
• Motivate the assigned team and resolve any conflicts that may arise during the course of a project effectively.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in management-related fields.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business or equivalent.
• Good, clear, and concise communication skills with a strong command in spoken and written English.
• Experience in managing projects with technical teams is a plus.
• Self-reliant, excellent time management skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Charismatic, persuasive, confident and approachable traits during client interactions.
