🧪 Senior Test Analyst – Remote | Full-time or Part-time | Based in Australia
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Test Analyst to join our growing QA team. This role is fully remote, open to professionals across Australia, and offers flexible full-time or part-time options.
🔍 About the Role:
As a Senior Test Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and solutions. You’ll take ownership of test planning, execution, and reporting, while working closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using tools like JIRA
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements
- Provide test estimates, timelines, and status updates
- Contribute to automation strategies and frameworks (where applicable)
- Drive continuous improvement in test processes and documentation
🎯 Requirements:
- Based in Australia with full working rights
- 5+ years of experience in software testing or QA roles
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing methodologies
- Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr)
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, SoapUI) is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- ISTQB certification or equivalent is highly desirable
