As they continue to scale, they're seeking a Scrum Master II to help guide their Product and Engineering teams in delivering impactful, high-quality solutions. 💡 What You’ll Do:
- Facilitate all core scrum ceremonies: stand-ups, grooming, planning, retrospectives, and demos
- Manage multiple scrum teams with a clear focus on outcomes and continuous improvement
- Capture and implement retrospective feedback and improvements
- Provide guidance and coaching on agile/scrum principles and best practices
- Maintain high standards of scrum compliance across teams
- Ensure documentation and tools (JIRA, Confluence) are used effectively
- Work closely with Product Owners and Engineering leads on sprint planning and problem-solving
- Proactively raise risks and blockers to leadership during sprint cycles
- Generate reports like velocity charts, burndown charts, and sprint summaries
✅ What You Bring:
- 5+ years of product or project management experience in an agile environment
- Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Experience working in fast-paced, startup, or high-growth environments preferred
- Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence is a must
- Must reside in Canada and be legally eligible to work
- Must have experience working in a software startup company
