We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Test Analyst to lead quality assurance across critical digital projects. You’ll play a key role in ensuring product reliability, usability, and performance — all within a flexible, remote-first environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the test planning, design, and execution phases across multiple projects
- Develop and maintain test cases, scripts, and data sets
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to resolve defects
- Implement test automation where possible (tools such as Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
- Ensure QA best practices, reporting, and documentation standards are met
- Mentor junior testers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
🎯 Ideal Candidate:
✔ 4+ years in software testing or quality assurance roles
✔ Deep understanding of testing methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
✔ Familiarity with tools such as Jira, TestRail, Postman, and automation frameworks
✔ Excellent analytical and communication skills
✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
✔ Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
✔ ISTQB certification (desirable but not essential)
