🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams through project lifecycles, from initiation to completion
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans and allocate resources effectively
- Manage risk, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
- Monitor progress, provide status updates, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous process improvement
✔️ Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a remote or hybrid environment
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
- Proficient with PM tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications highly desirable
