What You’ll Do:
- Drive end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery across multiple projects and teams.
- Align stakeholders around clear goals, timelines, and success metrics.
- Monitor risks, manage dependencies, and ensure programs stay on track and within scope.
- Facilitate communication between product, engineering, business, and leadership teams.
- Continuously improve workflows, tools, and reporting to increase efficiency and transparency.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally in a tech-driven environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, remote setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project/program management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).
- Fluent in English (German or French is a strong plus).
- Based in Switzerland, with the right to work.
