Senior Project Manager (Remote – Part-Time or Full-Time)

We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager to oversee and deliver complex, cross-functional projects across our organisation. This role is 100% remote, with options for part-time or full-time engagement depending on your availability and preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects across multiple departments
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and communication
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage change, and ensure successful project outcomes
- Drive agile or hybrid project methodologies, adapting to business needs
- Mentor junior project team members and contribute to continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management roles
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Monday.com)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, or equivalent)
- Experience in industries such as IT, construction, digital, finance, or operations
- Familiarity with agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
