Senior Test Analyst (Remote – Part-Time or Full-Time)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Test Analyst to drive quality assurance across our software and system development projects. This is a fully remote role, available as either part-time or full-time, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
• Lead defect management, including logging, tracking, and reporting issues
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure testing coverage
• Provide QA expertise and mentorship to junior testers
• Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and documentation

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or QA roles
• Strong understanding of test methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, or similar
• Experience with both manual and automated testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus
• Experience with performance or security testing is a bonus
• Background in finance, healthcare, or enterprise systems (desirable)
