Senior Test Analyst (Remote – Part-Time or Full-Time)

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Test Analyst to join our QA team and take a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This is a fully remote position, offering part-time or full-time options to suit your lifestyle and availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to clarify requirements and ensure coverage
- Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA or similar
- Provide timely and detailed feedback to support development and delivery
- Contribute to test process improvements and documentation
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in Agile environments
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Automation experience (e.g., Selenium, Postman, or similar tools) is a plus
- ISTQB certification is desirable but not essential
