Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of test strategies and test cases
- Collaborate with developers, BAs, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
- Identify, document, and manage defects throughout the test lifecycle
- Contribute to automation frameworks and continuous testing pipelines
- Mentor junior testers and contribute to QA best practices
What You’ll Bring:
- 4+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
- Proven experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr)
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles (Agile/Scrum)
- Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, Cypress, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ISTQB certification is a plus
