Role Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Freelance Video Editor for a remote role, open to applicants from anywhere in the world. This position begins with a 1-month internship during which your performance will be assessed. Based on your contributions, the role can transition into a full-time position with expanded responsibilities and an increased pay package depending upon your skills that will be assessed during Interview.

Initially, your focus will be on creating high-quality videos exclusively for our YouTube channel. As you demonstrate your skills and reliability, your responsibilities will grow to include additional platforms and creative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce, edit, and refine engaging music videos for YouTube.
• Perform color grading to ensure a consistent visual style.
• Develop compelling motion graphics and other visual elements.
• Collaborate with artists, music producers, and the content team to align on creative vision.
• Optimize video content for online platforms and maintain brand consistency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new editing techniques.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong skills in video production, editing, color grading, and motion graphics.
• Experience or keen interest in the Phonk and Wave music industry is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and creative storytelling abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• A degree or certification in Film Production, Video Editing, Media Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required if you can showcase your skillset.
