Muxon is looking for a Principal Software Engineer to join the technical team of a cybersecurity company that builds blockchain wallet infrastructure for the next financial era. This is a remote role based in France, and you’ll work alongside some of the brightest minds in cryptography, infrastructure, and security engineering.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar role.
• 2+ years in fintech or crypto, with direct blockchain involvement.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficient in Typescript and Rust.
• Expertise in designing and developing secure APIs (RESTful and GraphQL).
• Strong knowledge of backend security, cryptography, and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, microservices, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Excellent communication skills and entrepreneurial mindset.

• Collaborate with leadership to define roadmap priorities and ensure project delivery.
• Lead operational and technical initiatives, improving software development processes.
• Write, review, and maintain high-quality, secure code.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and implement permanent fixes.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of the product.
• Promote innovation, knowledge sharing, and engineering best practices.
• Stay up to date on blockchain trends to guide strategic direction.
• Occasionally represent the technical vision in client meetings.
