About the Role:
CSA Research is looking for a skilled and motivated Web Developer (Mid-Level to Senior) to join our remote team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust web applications using PHP (OOP), JavaScript (ES6+), and MariaDB.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
- Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues to ensure seamless functionality.
- Refactor and improve existing codebases for better efficiency.
- Design and implement optimized database schemas and queries.
- Stay updated with industry trends and propose innovative solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional web development experience with multiple complex projects.
- Advanced proficiency in:
- PHP (Object-Oriented Programming)
- JavaScript (ES6+)
- MariaDB/MySQL
- Nginx
- GitHub (version control)
- Strong expertise in MVC architecture.
- Familiarity with Laravel or other PHP frameworks (preferred).
- Experience with DevOps practices (a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong English communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
