About the Role:

CSA Research is looking for a skilled and motivated Web Developer (Mid-Level to Senior) to join our remote team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust web applications using PHP (OOP), JavaScript (ES6+), and MariaDB.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
• Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues to ensure seamless functionality.
• Refactor and improve existing codebases for better efficiency.
• Design and implement optimized database schemas and queries.
• Stay updated with industry trends and propose innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional web development experience with multiple complex projects.
• Advanced proficiency in:
• PHP (Object-Oriented Programming)
• JavaScript (ES6+)
• MariaDB/MySQL
• Nginx
• GitHub (version control)
• Strong expertise in MVC architecture.
• Familiarity with Laravel or other PHP frameworks (preferred).
• Experience with DevOps practices (a plus).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong English communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
