Product Specialist (remote)

HiCareer is hiring on behalf of our client – a fast-growing B2B SaaS company helping global teams automate internal workflows and build better internal tools. We’re looking for a curious, structured, and user-focused Product Specialist to help bridge product development with real user needs.

This is a great role for someone early in their product journey who wants to grow into product management, strategy, or customer experience roles.

The company builds a platform used by thousands of internal teams across tech, logistics, and finance to manage their internal tools and workflows.

They’re a remote-first SaaS scale-up with ~60 people based across Europe (with hubs in Berlin and Lisbon), open to candidates anywhere in CET-friendly time zones.

🎯 What You’ll Do

You’ll support the Product team (currently 4 people), working closely with design, engineering, and customer success.

• Analyze user feedback and usage data to spot product opportunities
• Prepare feature documentation, product updates, and internal resources
• Assist with QA testing and rollout coordination
• Collaborate on user interviews and research
• Contribute to planning sessions and roadmap discussions

Tools: Notion, Figma, Mixpanel, Productboard, Linear, Loom

🙋‍♀️ Is this you?

• 1-3 years experience in a product-related role (support, CS, ops, QA, etc.)
• Naturally curious about how products evolve and improve
• Enjoy working across teams and simplifying complexity
• Clear communicator with strong writing and documentation skills
• Bonus: experience working in SaaS or internal tools
