You will be responsible for evaluating and improving the usability and accessibility of our digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, efficient, and meet the highest standards. What You'll Be Doing:
- Usability Evaluation & Testing: Conduct heuristic evaluations and usability testing (planning, execution, and analysis) to identify areas of friction and improve user flows
- Accessibility Testing: Perform accessibility testing against WCAG 2.1+ AA standards, meticulously document findings, and provide actionable remediation steps
- User Flow Analysis: Analyze user workflows across various applications to pinpoint usability issues, inconsistencies, and areas for optimization
- Design Review: Review designs, mockups, and prototypes (Figma) to provide valuable usability feedback and ensure a user-centered design approach
- Documentation & Communication: Clearly document test findings, insights, and actionable recommendations to effectively communicate with stakeholders
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with design, product, and development teams to ensure seamless implementation of usability and accessibility improvements
- User Feedback: Establish test panels and implement methods to capture ongoing user feedback, incorporating user perspectives into the design process
- Pain Point Identification: Proactively find pain points in user flows of current applications
- 3+ years of focused experience in usability analysis/testing and/or accessibility evaluation
- Strong understanding of usability principles, interaction design patterns, and user-centered design methodologies
- In-depth knowledge of WCAG 2.1+ AA standards and best practices
- Proven experience with various usability testing methods and accessibility testing tools
- Proficiency using Figma to inspect designs, provide feedback, and contribute to the design process
- Excellent analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical solutions
- Fluent English communication skills (written & verbal), with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a remote work environment
