User Experience Designer

Job Summary

What You’ll Do

• Translate JIRA tickets into clear user flows and wireframes
• Collaborate with designers to plan sprints and prioritize tasks
• Support research with surveys and documentation
• Keep Figma organized and up to date
• Solve problems fast by asking the right questions

What You Bring

• Strong grasp of UX fundamentals - flows, hierarchy, navigation
• Proficiency with Figma, JIRA, Miro (or quick to learn)
• Detail-oriented and self-managing - you don’t drop balls
• Communicate clearly and take ownership
• Open to feedback and focused on growth
