Position: Backend Golang Developer
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Requirements:
- Frequent communicator and motivated to grow and learn.
- Mandatory: Previous experience working as a Backend Developer, creating APIs and communicating with front-end teams.
- Mandatory: Experience developing backend functions in GoLang.
Responsibilities
- Developing serverless functions/APIs so that front-end developers can retrieve and update data.
- Database Architecture - designing and documenting how data will be stored, taking into consideration efficient queries, security, ease of use, and overall efficient database structure.
- Setting up servers/hosting of the database. For larger scale projects, you will be responsible for management of micro services and database hosting, primarily in
- GoLang and PostgreSQL
- Setting up proper security based protocols for accessing the database.
