Senior Product Manager

Our client in the transportation industry is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join their team!

Location: This role will have a hybrid schedule of 4 days onsite per week in Cary, NC with 1 day per week as remote. Candidates must be local to Cary, NC. Relocation assistance may be provided.

Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 + bonus

Here is what you will be doing:

• This is a high-visibility position with direct engagement with the VP, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on our product roadmap and strategic direction.
• Drive the product roadmap process, incorporating business development insights and market needs.
• Develop and present business case analyses, including P&L considerations, and navigate the approval process.
• Collaborate closely with data analysts and QA professionals to ensure high-quality product releases.
• Partner with IT and enterprise teams to effectively manage technical debt and ensure seamless product integration.
• Articulate a compelling product vision and deeply understand the product to champion quality in all releases.

Here is what our ideal candidate has:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
• Demonstrated experience in product roadmapping, business development, and product management.
• Experience in the freight or rail industry is required.
• Experience with managing SaaS products is required.
• Proven product professional with a passion for quality and a vision for long-term product growth and leadership.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and experience building business cases.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
