- Junior, Mid-level, and Senior profiles
Are you passionate about building smart, scalable contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud CX or Genesys Engage?
We’re currently partnering with top-tier clients in Europe and are expanding our network of Genesys Developers for exciting upcoming projects!
🎯 What we’re looking for:
- Experience with Genesys Cloud CX or Genesys Engage
- Strong knowledge of call routing, IVR flows, Architect, and scripting
- Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and automation
- Development experience with JavaScript, Node.js, or .NET is a big plus
✅ Nice to have:
- Genesys Certifications
- Experience with WEM (Workforce Engagement Management)
- Familiarity with DevOps & CI/CD pipelines
- English fluency (German is a bonus!)
