What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build, optimize, and maintain full-stack web apps using React, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS.
  • Work on Laravel/PHP-based applications, supporting legacy systems and building new features.
  • Contribute to Python-based microservices, scripts, and automation tools as needed.
  • Write scalable APIs, optimize database queries, and ensure high-performance delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, product owners, and fellow devs across time zones.
  • Participate in architecture planning, sprint cycles, and code reviews.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong command of React, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS.
  • Solid experience with Laravel and PHP in production-grade environments.
  • Good working knowledge of Python for backend scripting or microservices.
  • Familiar with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Strong understanding of version control (Git), RESTful APIs, and modern development workflows.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable in a remote-first team.


Bonus Points:

  • Experience with TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Vercel, or DigitalOcean.
  • Prior experience in agile teams.
