Role Overview:
As a Business Development Director , you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your role will be to generate interest, qualify leads, and set appointments for our sales team. If you're energetic, organized, and ready to hustle from home, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Reach out to potential clients via email, cold calls, and social media
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine sales potential
- Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate and timely information
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs
What You Bring:
- 5+ year of experience in sales, lead generation and sales leadership
- Strong communication skills—written and verbal
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently
- Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs
- Tech-savvy and able to pick up new tools quickly
- High-speed internet and a quiet workspace
