- Environment:
- design and architecture of cloud (AWS, Azure), designing scalable, reliable, and security
- designing and managing on-premises: hardware, storage solutions, and data center operations
- virtualization: architecture and principles of virtualization technologies
- principles of Kubernetes: container orchestration, managing clusters
- Storage Management:
- Experience with server virtualization, cloud computing, and storage solutions
- High availability and disaster recovery principles and solutions
- Cybersecurity: security principles and policies needed to protect IT infrastructure
- LEDERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT
- Leadership: managing QA team(s) to plan and execute testing activities
- Management: a) defect tracking and stakeholders’ management, b) overseeing multiple streams, ensuring test plans executions and schedules c) reporting testing progress, quality metrics, and potential risks
- ANALYTICAL SKILLS
- Requirements gathering:
- Understanding and documenting business and technical requirements
- Proactive communication, inside/outside project teams
- INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE
- Understanding of the communication/telecommunication industry, processes, systems (architecture)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
- Experience with .projects involvment as a solution architect
- Experience in big-scale/enterprise solutions related to IT industry
- Resourceful in excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative as you excel in a multi-functional organization through clear communication, consistent delivery and relationship building
- Curious in the desire and aptitude to independently learn
- Self-directed in the ability to drive a project from a simple idea to production
- User-focused in the user experience and the privacy of data come first
- English min. level B2 and Croatian native
