We're seeking a Web Developer to join our fast-growing creative team and collaborate with designers, clients, and leaders to bring high-impact digital experiences to life. You'll play a pivotal role in turning design visions into scalable, responsive, and high-performing websites and web applications.

What you'll do:
- Technical Leadership: Own the development process from architecture to deployment, providing strategic input on technical direction and web technologies.
- Web Development: Build, maintain, and optimize websites, landing pages, and web applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and SEO-friendly practices across all digital assets.
- Design Implementation: Translate UI/UX designs from tools like Figma into pixel-perfect, functional front-end code.
- Problem Solving & Debugging: Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot bugs, and implement long-term fixes with clean and scalable code.
- Code Management: Maintain and enhance codebase through version control (Git), reusable components, and documentation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design teams to align web projects with business goals. Yet you'll work independently on most projects.
- Has 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development
- Is highly proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React (or other modern JS frameworks)
- Has experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.) and headless CMS setups
- Has experience with Shopify development
- Understands cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and web accessibility standards
- Collaborates well with designers, marketers, and other developers to bring ideas to life
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Previous startup and/or design agency experience.
- Experience handling design requests for MSMEs, large corporations, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
