Role: Automation QA Engineer

Mode: Contract (B2B/Freelance)

Location: Poland (Remote)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver.
  • Execute automated test cases, analyze test results, and report defects.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other QA engineers to understand requirements and identify test scenarios.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UI testing.
  • Maintain and improve the existing automation framework and develop reusable test components.
  • Work with CI/CD tools to integrate test suites into build pipelines.
  • Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured.
  • Track bugs and maintain detailed documentation of test results using test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
