Job Description
Atlas is looking for a Voice and SMS Specialist with:
- Strong experience with Voice, SMS and numbers (DIDs)
- knowledge of routing and switching
- knowledge of TCP/IP, IPSec and SNMP protocols.
- knowledge of VoIP, SIP, H323, G711, G721, G726, and G729 protocols
- understanding of TDM and VoIP infrastructure
- Ability to handle interconnection processes with customers and suppliers for VoIP(SIP) and SMS(SMPP, HTTP, API) and reading PCAP logs
- Strong understanding of networking protocols, technologies
- Strong experience with troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with testing tools like TelQ and Testelium
- Experience with Alaris/Horisen and ticketing tools like Zendesk is a plus.
