Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative UI/UX Manager with 4-7 years of experience to lead our designs in crafting exceptional user experiences for web, mobile applications & social media related and interactive design. You will play a key role in driving the design strategy, collaborating with product, engineering teams & stake holders to deliver innovative, user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead UI/UX Design Projects: Oversee the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications, ensuring that designs are not only visually striking but also user-friendly, functional, and aligned with business goals.

Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, providing guidance, constructive feedback, and support to foster a culture of creativity and innovation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define user needs, gather requirements, and create solutions that align with both user expectations and business objectives.

User Research & Testing: Conduct in-depth user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to gather insights and iterate on designs. Leverage data to refine and improve user experiences continuously.

Wireframing & Prototyping: Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to communicate design concepts and solutions. Utilize design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD to deliver high-quality visual assets.

Design Systems: Develop and maintain a cohesive design system and UI components library, ensuring consistency across all digital products and platforms.

Animation & Motion Design: Collaborate with motion designers to create visually engaging animations and micro-interactions that enhance user experience, ensuring smooth integration within the product.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the final design deliverables meet high standards of quality and functionality, adhering to timelines and ensuring successful handoff to development teams.

Stakeholder Communication: Present design ideas and concepts to key stakeholders, incorporating feedback and ensuring alignment with overall business and design objectives.

Qualifications:

Experience: 5-7 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web, mobile app, and animation design projects.

Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and mentoring a design team, with a talent for fostering creativity and guiding designers to achieve their full potential.

Design Tools: Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and others. Familiarity with animation tools like After Effects, Principle, or Lottie is a plus.

Deep Understanding of UX Principles: Expertise in user-centered design principles, interaction design, usability testing, wireframing, and prototyping.

Cross-Platform Design Expertise: Demonstrated ability to design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces across multiple platforms, including Web, iOS, and Android.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Strong ability to approach design challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, balancing creativity with practicality to deliver effective user experiences.

Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating your design expertise, including case studies of web and mobile applications, as well as examples of animation or motion design work.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with design systems and familiarity with atomic design principles.

Previous experience in industries such Fintech, Logistics, On-Demand & SaaS platforms.
