We are looking for a Tech Lead (Unity) to join out team in Cyprus!

Responsibilities

• Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Liaising with team members and management to ensure projects are completed to standard.
• Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
• Developing logic and game mechanics based on design documents / technical specifications;
• Building UI, inserting game assets;
• Integrating and configuring SDKs (analytics, advertising).
  
  

Qualifications for a successful candidate

• Has 3+ years of experience years in leadership positions;
• Has solid knowledge of C# and Unity;
• Knows and applies a set of design patterns;
• Can form the project's architecture and ensure its further support;
• Uses the MVC approach in project architecture;
• Knows and applies sorting algorithms;
• Knows and applies UnityDI technologies;
• Works with AssetBundle or Addressable systems.
  
  

Nice to have skills

• Experience with shaders, writing custom ones;
• Uses the MVC approach in project architecture;
• Experience working on hybrid/hyper casual games.
