Zscaler Engineer N2/N3 with Netskope Expertise
Location: Full Remote, able to work night shift hours
Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Zscaler: Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Zscaler solutions (ZIA, ZPA) for multiple clients.
- Netskope: Support and manage Netskope Cloud Security, including DLP and CASB features.
- Provide tier 2/3 technical support for Zscaler and Netskope.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to security policies, cloud access, and network configurations.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize client environments and security processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience with Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA) and Netskope.
- Strong knowledge of Zero Trust and cloud security (SaaS, IaaS).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting security issues in cloud environments.
- Familiar with network protocols (DNS, HTTP, SSL/TLS).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple clients.
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Able to work night shift hours
Nice-to-Have:
- Certifications in Zscaler or Netskope.
- Experience with SIEM integration and cloud security automation.
