Web Designer

About the Role

We’re hiring a Web Designer to join the creative team at the #1 U.S. Marketing Agency. We're looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven designer with a strong eye for visual storytelling and digital branding. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with strategists, developers, and fellow creatives to design modern, high-converting websites that elevate our clients' online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop modern, responsive, and high-converting websites that align with brand strategy and user experience best practices.
• Create custom graphics, illustrations, and digital assets to elevate each design and campaign.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and smooth user interactions.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility.
• Translate client briefs into creative design solutions that drive engagement and results.
• Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and best practices in the digital marketing space.
• Contribute to internal brand and marketing efforts through landing pages, sales materials, and creative assets.

Requirements

✅ 3+ years of experience in web and graphic design, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment.

✅ Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar design tools.

✅ Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and experience collaborating with developers.

✅ Portfolio that showcases creativity, originality, and effective web design.

✅ Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects at once.

✅ High attention to detail and a sharp eye for aesthetics and functionality.

✅ Strong communication skills and ability to take creative direction and feedback.

✅ A mindset of ownership, initiative, and constant improvement.

Nice to Have

• Experience with animation or motion design (e.g. After Effects, Lottie, etc.)
• Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms.
• Understanding of marketing funnels, CRO, and performance-based design.
• Background in branding or digital strategy is a plus.
