We’re seeking a talented WordPress Design & Development Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis (25 hours/week). This is a fully remote role for a creative and tech-savvy individual who lives at the intersection of stunning design and flawless functionality. What You’ll Do:
- Design and develop custom WordPress websites that captivate and convert, tailoring themes and plugins to meet unique project needs.
- Create visually striking designs using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) that align with brand goals.
- Optimize websites for performance, responsiveness, and SEO to drive organic traffic and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate remotely to bring creative concepts to life while ensuring technical excellence.
- Troubleshoot and maintain WordPress sites, ensuring they’re secure, up-to-date, and running smoothly.
What You Bring:
- Expertise in WordPress, including theme customization, plugin development, and site optimization.
- Proficiency with Adobe design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and how to implement them effectively.
- A blend of design passion and development skills—think Digital Marketer meets Designer/Developer.
- Fluency in English for clear communication in a remote setting.
- Bonus: Experience in broader digital marketing strategies (e.g., content, social, or analytics).
