🔍 What to Expect

🛡️ In your future role, you will take on a responsible position for our IT applications in the IT Security Operations Center.

💾 The security applications consist mainly of standard software products as well as in-house developments.

🧰 In addition, we support highly specialized, industry-standard security tools.

🤝 From idea to implementation for our customers, you will jointly take responsibility for the IT security applications together with your Scrum team. You are always involved.

📊 You analyze. At the interface with internal and external project stakeholders, you collaborate with the security analysts and architects to ensure the continuous development of the security applications.

🏗️ You take responsibility for the future. This includes end-to-end responsibility for the architecture development of SOC applications.

🧭 You keep track of everything. As coordinator of the further development, you keep an eye on schedules, result quality, and resource usage.

🎓 What You Bring

📘 You hold a Diploma or Master’s degree in IT and Telecommunications or Banking, or have a comparable qualification.

🔐 You have profound professional expertise in the field of IT security and product management.

🧠 You have analytical acumen and conceptual strength, which enable you to excel in project management and in agile methodologies like Scrum (Dev Team) and Kanban.

🌐 You possess strong abstract reasoning and strategic thinking. This allows you to confidently guide your team through complex content.

🗣️ Our business language is German, so we expect you to be at least B2 level in German.📖 You are comfortable with English
