- Full remote from Monday- Friday
- Probation period of 3 months
- This is an entry-level position
- The salary is USD 200 per month
Responsibilities (Recruitment and Training)
- Posting vacancies on job platforms, outsourcing candidates, and screening CVs.
- Leading interviews and group discussions.
- Manage employer branding by hosting recruitment events and posting employer-related content on social media.
- Create training modules, KPI, and performance reviews.
- Collaborating with the Business Development department and delegate tasks accordingly
Qualifications
- Applicants with a bachelor's degree is preferable, such as a degree in Psychology, Human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment is a plus.
- Good command of English is a MUST.
- Has a well-functioning laptop and stable internet.
- Tech-savvy in various platforms, such as Microsoft Office, ChatGPT, Canva, Clockify, and others.
