Senior Project Manager

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the iGaming, slot development, or game studio industry;
• Understanding of the full slot development cycle, from concept to release and LiveOps;
• Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall, and their adaptation for game projects;
• Ability to work with roadmaps, sprints, milestones, and KPIs;
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Trello, Miro, and similar tools;
• Excellent communication skills (working with both internal and external teams);
• Ability to multitask effectively and manage risks;
• Strong organizational skills, high level of responsibility, and structured approach to work;
• Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced, changing environment;
• English proficiency at B2+ level for participation in cross-international meetings
  
  

As a plus, you should also know

• Basic understanding of game design and slot monetization;
• Knowledge of RTP, volatility, slot features, and their impact on player retention;
• Experience working with gambling regulations (certification, compliance)
  
  
  

Responsibilities

• Formalizing and Standardizing Development Processes;
• Implement structured processes for game development - from ideation to release and live support;
• Establish forecasting and estimation methods to ensure realistic delivery timelines;
• Align all development workflows with business objectives and market demands;
• Process Ownership & Team Role Clarity;
• Define and document clear roles and responsibilities across all teams;
• Task Management & Workflow Optimization;
• Implement task tracking and workflow automation (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, etc.) to ensure structured execution;
• Process Visualization & Reporting for board and CPO;
• Continuous Process Improvement & Knowledge Sharing
