Job Description
One of the leading proprietary trading firms based in Amsterdam are looking to hire a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and maintaining the trading infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless software deployment.
- Manage and optimize trading infrastructure, ensuring high availability and low-latency performance.
- Automate processes for system monitoring, scaling, and failover recovery.
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline code deployment and integration.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and reliability issues.
- Enhance security practices and compliance within the DevOps environment.
- Maintain the Linux base on-premises infrastructure.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineer role.
- Strong proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar).
- Strong Experience with Linux.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid scripting skills in Python or Bash.
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in financial or trading environments is beneficial but not required.
