PHP/Laravel/FilamentPHP Team Leader (Remote)
We’re looking for an experienced PHP developer to lead our backend team. This is a remote position, so you can work from anywhere, as long as you can collaborate effectively with the team.
What you’ll do:
Lead a team of developers and help plan and deliver backend features.
Build and maintain applications using Laravel and FilamentPHP.
Review code, give constructive feedback, and support team members.
Collaborate with the product and design teams to deliver great user experiences.
Solve technical problems and improve the overall architecture.
What we’re looking for:
4+ years of experience with PHP and Laravel.
Practical experience with FilamentPHP.
Strong understanding of APIs, MVC, and database management.
A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and team collaboration.
Familiar with Git, deployments, and agile workflows.
Comfortable working remotely and communicating clearly.
