What you'll do:
- Provide advanced technical support, tackling complex Palo Alto Prisma challenges
- Collaborate closely with ecosystem partners and major accounts
- Deliver proactive and reactive support, ensuring seamless security experiences
- Perform in-depth configuration reviews, fault isolation, and root-cause analysis
Your experience:
- 4+ years supporting Palo Alto Networks solutions, specifically Prisma
- Strong expertise in TCP/IP, OSPF/BGP routing, VLAN/STP switching, and Radius/TACACS authentication
- Skilled in diagnosing and resolving intricate network issues
- Outstanding communication skills tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certifications like PCNSE, PCNSA, or PMRC are a significant advantage
