[Remote] Technical Lead - Wallet

Our client is a leading precious metals trading company in Singapore, expanding into digital finance. They seek a Technical Lead / CTO to develop, launch, and scale a digital wallet for web and mobile.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring expertise in ledger management, payment integrations, and security protocols. You'll drive both strategic decisions and hands-on development while leading a remote team.

• Digital Wallet Development: Architect, build, and scale a secure, compliant wallet from scratch.
• Hands-on Coding: Write/review code, ensure high performance, and perform technical due diligence.
• Tech Leadership: Select the tech stack, oversee backend & cloud infrastructure, and implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Team Supervision: Lead an 8-member remote team, ensuring high code quality and timely delivery.
• API & Trading System Integration: Manage real-time transactions between the wallet and commodity trading platforms.

• Proven experience as Tech Lead/CTO in launching digital wallets.
• Expertise in Web & Mobile App development, security, API integrations.
• Strong coding ability + experience in system architecture & mentoring teams.
• Familiarity with FinTech, digital payments, blockchain wallets, and compliance (KYC, AML).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and microservices architecture.
