🔹 Communication: Translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders and deliver reports in English.
🔹 System Maintenance: Monitor and update systems to ensure 99.99% reliability.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of network troubleshooting, and cloud-based networking.
✔ Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication in English.
✔ Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT networking and DNS management.
✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
