We are looking for a senior/principal Ruby On Rails engineer for a fast-growing SaaS company. They create innovative solutions combining cutting-edge technology, AI and user-centric design. Key highlights of the role:

• Participate in the development of a real-time translation tool for meetings.
• Work closely with the cross-functional team to build innovative products
• Propose solutions as a technology specialist to optimize the user experience
• Effectively communicate complex technical ideas with non-technical stakeholders

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Excellent communication skills. Business English and Business Japanese are needed.
• Excellent skills with Ruby on Rails and JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience delivering web-based solutions in Agile environment
