Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless product execution.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to drive product positioning.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyse key performance metrics (KPIs) to optimise product performance.
• Act as the bridge between stakeholders, translating business goals into technical requirements.
• Lead Agile product development cycles, ensuring efficient delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in product management within a tech-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies.
• Ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements.
• Experience working with software development teams and UX/UI designers.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, user analytics, and product lifecycle management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
