Global Data Quantum is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Junior Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our growing HR team. This full-time remote role is perfect for someone with a passion for talent strategy, employer branding, and building high-performing teams. As a Junior Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll lead our efforts to attract, engage, and hire top talent across Canada while developing innovative recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for technical and non-technical roles
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and team dynamics
- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics and reporting
- Enhance employer branding through creative outreach and social media strategies
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters in the talent acquisition team
- Stay current with Canadian employment laws and recruitment best practices
- Optimize our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse preferred)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience
- Proven success hiring for data/tech roles (data scientists, engineers, analysts)
- Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative sourcing techniques
- Strong understanding of Canadian employment landscape
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment metrics
