Android & Kotlin Senior Tech Lead

We are looking for an experienced Android & Kotlin Senior Tech Lead to lead and inspire a team of developers. In this role, you’ll design complex mobile architectures, guide technical decisions, and deliver high-quality applications that make a tangible impact.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Android developers.
• Design, architect, and implement high-performing Android applications using Kotlin.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to create seamless mobile experiences.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and optimize application performance.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure security best practices are followed.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, translating their needs into technical solutions.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 7+ years of experience with Android development using Kotlin.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
• In-depth knowledge of design patterns and advanced IT infrastructure.
• Strong experience in application security best practices.
• Proven track record in developing and integrating large-scale applications.
• Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas.
• Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Expert understanding of client requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
• Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, communicating technical concepts effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, time estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
• Advanced level of English.
