About The Role
As a Lead PHP Developer, you will oversee a team of developers, drive scalable solutions, and implement key integrations to enhance the company’s e-commerce platform. You will work with Laravel/Symfony, manage third-party integrations, and ensure high performance while maintaining best coding practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new, cutting-edge functionalities for the platform.
- Lead a team of PHP developers, ensuring high-quality code and best practices.
- Enhance platform scalability and performance for a rapidly growing e-commerce business.
- Integrate third-party systems, including ERP, payment gateways, marketing solutions, and fraud prevention tools.
- Work in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- 2+ years of experience managing teams.
- Expertise in PHP frameworks (Laravel/Symfony preferred).
- Knowledge of JavaScript for frontend interactions.
- Experience with Docker and test-driven development (TDD) is a big plus.
- Strong understanding of RESTful web services.
- Fully remote role with office access if preferred.
