✅ Responsibilities:

✔️Coordinate the activities of the development team, including supporting remote staff.

✔️Ensure successful completion of tasks related to maintaining the application portfolio and migrating to a new architecture.

✔️Implement and improve development processes within the team, actively participating in grooming, planning, tech, and estimation sessions.

✔️Ensure high code quality through code reviews and coaching of team members.

✔️Make architectural decisions and ensure alignment with technical requirements.

✔️Encourage the exchange of innovative ideas and best practices.

✔️Hybrid work model (remote and in-office).

✅ Requirements:

✔️5+ years of mobile application development experience (Android or iOS).

✔️3+ years of Flutter development experience with verified applications released in the store.

✔️Strong knowledge of Dart (including Dart streams / RxDart).

✔️Deep understanding of mobile architecture principles.

✔️Good knowledge of OOP/SOLID principles.

✔️Familiarity with REST and Sockets.

✅Could be a plus:

✔️Knowledge of Kotlin, Java, or Swift.

✔️Experience with CI/CD processes.

✔️Experience with unit and functional testing of mobile applications.
