We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management Manager to join our client in Dubai and lead strategic dialer operations, workforce planning, and real time performance management. You’ll work closely with internal teams such as HR, Operations, and Finance to develop effective WFM strategies that enhance operational efficiency across outbound, collections, and recovery units.

Workforce Management Manager Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Workforce Management in a managerial role
• Hands on experience with WFM tools such as Genesys, Nice, or Verint
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Extensive experience managing dialer operations and workforce analytics
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities

Workforce Management Manager Desirable Skills:

• Certifications in Lean, Business Analytics, COPC, or SWPP
• Experience with AI driven real-time analytics and automation
• Background in high volume outbound environments
