Embedded C Developer (Networking Routing)

Must-haves

- 5 years of C programming experience

- Embedded experience

- Experience developing on network related components specifically related to routing protocols

- Previous telecom background

Plusses

- Layer 3 for networking

- IP knowledge

- Multiprotocol Label Switching or MPLS or BGP

- EVPN, BGP or SR protocol experience

- Experience developing test cases using Python (automation)

- Experience working on Cisco products

Day-to-Day

An large telecom company located in Kanata, ON is looking to bring on a C Developer (100% remote working in EST) for its routing packet team. You will be developing C code on embedded platforms for network related components. You should have some Python experience in automation test cases. Any experience with Layer 3 for networking, BGP, IP, MPLS, EVPN, BGP or SR knowledge is a huge plus. Any experience working on Cisco products is another asset.
