Marketing Project Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll handle planning, executing, and delivering campaigns that drive results.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee projects from kickoff to delivery—keeping timelines, tasks, and teams on track.
• Serve as the bridge between teams and clients.
• Create detailed project timelines, set clear deliverables, and communicate progress to Management.
• Identify roadblocks.
• Ensure each project is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand objectives.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in project management, ideally in a marketing or agency setting.
• Strong organizational skills with experience using tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello.
• Great communicator who thrives in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously without breaking a sweat.
• Bonus: Experience in digital marketing, creative production, or media buying.
