What you'll do:
- Brand Development: Create and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines (brand book), including logos, typography, color schemes, imagery, and iconography.
- Strategic Vision: Drive the brand's strategy and visual storytelling, ensuring consistency across digital, marketing, and collateral materials.
- Design Leadership: Provide guidance on best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present designs to stakeholders and applicable teams, effectively communicating design rationale.
- Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback and changes as needed, ensuring designs meet project objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough QA checks to ensure designs are error-free.
- Asset Creation: Lead the creation of brand assets for digital, print, and social media channels, aligning with brand strategy.
- Production Handoff: Pass final designs to development or publishing teams for release.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator to create high-quality designs.
- Has significant proven branding design experience.
- Possesses a strong portfolio demonstrating successful branding and graphic design work.
- Proficient with design software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc).
- Has a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- With excellent communication and time management skills.
- Previous startup and/or design agency experience.
- Experience handling design requests for MSMEs, large corporations, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
